❌ Items Not Eligible for Replacement :

  • Used/opened vape devices or e-liquids

  • Products damaged due to Customer misuse or improper handling

  • Items requested for return after 24 hours of delivery

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Defective product (non-functioning out of the box)

  • Incorrect product / Flavour received

If you believe your item meets the return criteria:

  2. Share order number, photos, and issue details

  3. Our team will Verify the Issue & guide you through the return/replacement process
